Examination Form Information

Trainees enrolled at Sri Sai ITI who are eligible to appear in the All India Trade Test (AITT) under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) are required to fill and submit their examination forms each session. The examination form process is managed through the institute in coordination with the NCVT/DGT examination authorities.

About the AITT Examination Form

The All India Trade Test (AITT) is the final trade examination conducted by NCVT for trainees completing their CTS course. Filling the examination form is a mandatory step for all eligible trainees wishing to appear in the AITT and obtain the National Trade Certificate (NTC).

Eligibility to Fill the Exam Form

• Trainees must have completed the prescribed training period for their trade.
• Trainees must have the required attendance percentage as per NCVT/institute norms.
• All dues to the institute must be cleared before the examination form is submitted.
• Trainees must not have any pending disciplinary matters that would disqualify them from appearing in the examination.

Form Submission Process

Examination forms are made available by the institute each examination cycle. The process typically involves:

1. Obtaining the examination form from the institute’s administrative office or through the prescribed online portal.
2. Filling in all required details accurately.
3. Submitting the completed form along with any required documents and examination fees to the institute within the notified deadline.
4. The institute consolidates and forwards the forms to the examination authority.

Notices regarding examination form availability, submission deadlines, and related instructions are published on the institute’s Notice Board and updated each examination cycle. Trainees are advised to check the Notice Board regularly and contact the administrative office for any queries.
