Admit Card Information

The Admit Card (also referred to as the Hall Ticket) is a mandatory document that every trainee must carry to the examination centre on the day of the All India Trade Test (AITT). No trainee will be permitted to appear in the examination without a valid admit card. Trainees are advised to check their admit card carefully upon receipt and report any discrepancies to the institute immediately.

How Admit Cards are Issued

Admit cards for the AITT are issued by the NCVT/DGT examination authority and made available to eligible trainees through the institute and/or the official examination portal each session. The process typically involves:

1. Trainees who have successfully submitted their examination forms and met all eligibility conditions are issued admit cards.
2. Admit cards are made available through the institute’s administrative office and/or the official NCVT examination portal.
3. Trainees are notified through the institute’s Notice Board when admit cards are available for collection or download.

Details on the Admit Card

The admit card typically contains the following information:

• Trainee’s name and roll number
• Trade name and course details
• Examination centre name and address
• Examination date(s) and time(s)
• Instructions for the examination

Important Instructions

• Carry the admit card to every session of the examination (theory and practical).
• Carry a valid photo identity proof along with the admit card.
• Report any errors in the admit card (name, trade, date of birth, etc.) to the institute’s administrative office immediately.
• Keep the admit card safely — it may be required for future reference, including result verification and certificate collection.

Admit Card Availability

Admit cards are made available each examination cycle. Trainees are advised to check the institute’s Notice Board and contact the administrative office for information on when and how to obtain their admit card for the current session.
