Registration & Application Process

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for admission to Sri Sai ITI are required to complete the registration and application process as described below. The process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Please read all instructions carefully before applying.

Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Fill the Application Form
   Obtain the application form from the institute’s administrative office or, where available, complete the online application form on this website. Fill in all required details accurately and completely.
2. Pay the Application Fee
   Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 as prescribed. Payment details and accepted modes of payment are available at the institute’s administrative office. Note: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Upload / Submit Required Documents
   Attach self-attested copies of all required documents as listed on the Required Documents page. Ensure all documents are legible and complete before submission.
4. Document Verification
   Submitted applications and documents will be verified by the institute’s admissions team. Candidates may be called for in-person document verification at the institute. Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected.
5. Merit List & Seat Allotment
   A merit list will be prepared based on the qualifying examination marks and applicable category reservations. Seat allotment will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through the institute’s Notice Board and/or this website.
6. Admission Confirmation
   Allotted candidates must report to the institute within the stipulated time to confirm their admission by submitting original documents for verification and paying the prescribed course fees. Failure to report within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
