Required Documents
Candidates applying for admission to Sri Sai ITI must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with their application form. Original documents must be produced for verification at the time of admission confirmation. Please ensure all documents are current, legible, and complete.
Mandatory Documents
- Class 10 (SSC / Matriculation) Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate — from a recognised Board (required for most trades).
- Class 8 Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate — required for trades where Class 8 is the minimum qualification.
- Date of Birth / Age Proof — School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate, or Class 10 certificate showing date of birth.
- Domicile / Residence Certificate — issued by the competent authority, as required under the state admission policy.
- Passport-size Photographs — recent colour photographs as specified in the application form instructions.
- Identity Proof — Aadhaar Card, School ID, or any other government-issued identity document.
- Medical Fitness Certificate — issued by a registered medical practitioner, certifying the candidate’s fitness to undertake the applied trade training.
Category / Reservation Documents (if applicable)
- Caste / Category Certificate — for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate — for OBC candidates, where applicable.
- Disability Certificate — for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates, issued by the competent medical authority.
- Ex-Serviceman / Dependent Certificate — where applicable, as per the state reservation policy.
Additional Notes
- All photocopies must be self-attested by the candidate.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of document verification and admission confirmation.
- The institute may request additional documents as required during the verification process.
- Incomplete document submissions may result in the application being rejected or admission being withheld.
